Cucumbers in mustard's sauce |

| Ingredients: |
4-6 pounds (2-3 kg) of cucumbers
Sauce:
4 cups (1 l) of water
1 cup of vinegar
1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of salt
5 tablespoons of mustard
Spices:
pimento
mustard
pepper
bay leaf
garlic
horseradish
dill
carrot |

| Directions: | Clear cucumbers, slice. Put into jars. Then put into jars spices.
Sauce: mix water, vinegar, salt and mustard. Cold sauce pour into jars.
