Boil half liter of milk with butter. Add 2 cups of flour and mix until it thickens. Froth glairs. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks. Then add orange aroma, orange skin and alcohol.
Melt yeast in 1 cup of milk (milk must be warm). Add yeast to pastry with frothed eggs and rest of flour.
Knead well and put in warm place. After short time form balls, put jam inside, stick to cover the jam and put somewhere to grow with the "sticking" down.
Fry under cover putting the donuts "sticking" up. After turning the donuts upside-down fry without cover. Dried donuts sprinkle with powdered sugar.
