Salad with pasta and Beijing cabbage




Ingredients:
16 ounces (50 dag) of pasta (drills)
2 pounds (90 dag) of cabbage (beijing)
maize
5 ounces (15 dag) of cucumber
1 1/2 pounds (70 dag) of bell pepper
7 ounces (20 dag) of ham
mayonaise
salt
pepper

Directions:

Boil pasta. Slice cabbage, ham, papryka and cucumber. Put ingredients into big pan.

Add mayonnaise and spices. Mix.

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.
